URARTU-GIRLS: RESULTS OF THE 2025/26 SEASON
The Urartu Girls team has completed its 2025/26 season. Our girls finished the season in 2nd place.
In this article, we summarize our girls' performance.
WOMEN'S PREMIER LEAGUE
Our girls began the 2025/26 season in the Women's Premier League with an away match against Pyunik Girls, losing 1-3. They then gradually improved their play.
In the 3rd round, our team secured a strong home victory over Gandzasar Girls, scoring 9 unanswered goals.
Our team finished the first half of the season in 2nd place and went on winter break.
After returning, our girls continued to show excellent play, again defeating Gandzasar Girls and Gorny Artsakh Girls by large margins.
Thus, in the 2025/26 season, our team, with 30 points in 18 games, is in 2nd place.

During this period, several players from the Urartu Girls team were invited to various age groups:
Milena Sayadyan, Lusine Kostanyan, Elina Martirosyan, Violeta Musakhanyan, Shoghik Sardaryan, Ani Ohanyan, Marianna Vardanyan, Ani Vardazaryan, Mane Aslanyan, Mariam Nigoyan, Shushanik Harutyunyan, and Ruzanna Injyan.
