Our team’s head coach spoke about the match against FC Van.
Van is a very dangerous and competitive team that has collected a lot of points. In their last two home matches they have not lost, and they drew 2–2 with Ararat-Armenia. So we were playing against a strong team. We had some issues, we didn’t fully execute our game plan at 100%, but we still had scoring chances and we were better than the opponent. However, a few rounds ago I spoke about a thing that I see as a concern. These are refereeing mistakes, I hope they are unintentional, such as unnecessary fouls being given in favor of the opponent. The yellow card shown to Zhirayr, in a situation where I have never seen a promising attack like that, near the line in their own half, the referee explained it as a promising attack and gave a yellow card. I hope there was no intent, but I don’t really believe much in coincidences.
